The mobile washing systems Wash Rack Clean® are well-known everywhere in the world in numerous fields for: the high performance, the efficacy of the washing, the wastewater purification with closed-loop plant with oils and sludges treatment.
Our strength is the study of the project with the client, the individuation of the appropriate system with any personalized options, the study and the execution of a depuration and recycling system for the wastewaters.
The mobile Wash Rack systems by Clean® are ideal for temporary applications “without excavation and construction works”.
The wide range of standard products comprising 8 models, each one studied and personalized in relation to the amount and type of vehicles to wash.

Manual cleaning facility comprising:
- Protection box for facilities, stainless steel lance with nozzle and viariable pressure, high pressure hose 20 meters R2-400 bar Ø3/8”, cable reel in carbon steel AISI 304/L and a power distribution box for chemical products.
Personalized chemical/physical purification plant, comprising:
- Diaphragm pump to extract the wastewater towards purification plant.
- Filter for hydrocarbons and oils.
- Flocculent storage tank.
- Flocculation tank.
- Agitator.
- Final purification plant for clarified water with TNT filtration to eliminate the fine particles. Filtration degree until 10 µ.
- Big – bag holders with filter big-bag to contain and thicken the sludges.
- Depurated water tank with pressure washer (hot water).
